Less is More #14 White on White

Wow! I never would have tried this, but today's Challenge on Less is More is to make a card using white on white and it worked!.  I used stampin Up's embossing folder first then added lace to the side of the card.  I started stacking flowers (punched from Marvy and Stampin Up) together then added the heart (Marvy punch) and found this wedding sentiment in my stash and called the card complete.  I love the elegant feel of an all white card.   Thanks for looking!

365 Cards: #67 Royally Crafted

The challenge on 365 Cards is to make a wedding card and let it be inspired by the royal couple in any way that you choose.  I stamped with moonlight white ink by brilliance and used "Bridal" embossing powder by the personal stamp exchange.  I stamped and cut out the banner and used an exacto knife to lift part of the bow on the arch.  I used sticker letters to spell Mr. and Mrs. on the banner.   I added lot's of pearls, ribbon,  a flower embellishment, and a rhinestone for bling in the middle of the bow.  I chose a border punch by Stampin Up to complete this wedding card fit for a royal ~ Thanks for looking!

For the Newlyweds

I made this so that I would have a wedding card to sell at the craft show I'm doing this saturday.  I wanted to use vintage items to remind the newlyweds to look to those who have been married for 50 years for wisdom and encouragement in their new marriage.  The lace was found at an estate sale, and the pin while I was out thrifting one day.
