CASology week#343: the theme is "Color" so I'm liking hot pink and turquoise these days. I used Stampin' Up's Gorgeous Grunge for the splatter's and Color me happy's "Thank You" stamp to create this bright and simple card. I didn't mask and I think it looks fun with the splatters. This Card is also fitting for JUGS Challenge #487 which is for BOLD lettering.

365 Cards: # 71 Tuesday Sketch

I just ate fresh strawberries from a real farmstand! yummmm ~ first of the season. In celebration of my feast, I created this thank you note. I used red pigment ink that I stamped the strawberries and sentiment with. I took a tombo blending pen #N00 and lifted color off the ink pad and brushed it on the strawberry for a water color look.

Less is More #13 and 365 cards #61
Today on Less is more the challenge is making a clean and simple thank you card. On 365 cards the challenge is to use a frame somewhere on your card. In the photos the card appears blue, but in reality it's purple. I stamped and embossed the frame and sentiment in purple. I Then cut slits in the top and bottom of the frame and slid a wide ribbon through. I added a gem and a sheer purple ribbon to the top to create an overall elegant look.

365 Cards: Abstract Art
This card was made by squirting re-inker inks on blender paper then folding the paper in half and seeing what you end up with. I loved the colors and starting making an underwater scene, and soon found out you really need to wait for the paper to dry before you rubber stamp on it! I starting cutting up the pieces and playing around and the result is a very modern thank you card.
