Just a Note Fttc261 & Paper Take Challenge

this card was created for the Flourishes FTTC261 It's a wash! challenge and Paper Take Sketches Bingo pick three in a row: I chose Lace, Gems and for my free space I picked Washi Tape.  The butterfly paper is from a scrapbook paper pack and I added a flower and leaf with a "gem" in the center.  I found olive colored "washi tape" and "lace" for added embellishment.  The stamp sentiment "Just a note" seemed to be the perfect size and font, and I'm happy with the result. 

365 Cards: Keep it Simple

Today's challenge from 365 cards is called "Keep it Simple" you were to cover the front of the card with patterned paper, add a sentiment and one embellishment, and that's it.  I dug in my brown scrap drawer and used my Stampin Up punch called "Modern Label" which I love, and punched a bunch of labels.  My embellishment is ribbon and I chose "Just a note" for my sentiment to keep it simple.
