365 Cards #170 Vintage plus Blue

Once again 365 cards had me digging in my vintage storage bin, and I found this fantastic 1950's Princess Phone key chain in the color blue!  While reading over my sentiment stamps I spotted "It's been too long" and had to laugh out loud at what a great play on words that would make ~ "growing old waiting for you to call me back ~ kind of thing!"  I kept the rest of the card simple so the focus would be on the phone and the sentiment.

365 Cards: Up in the air #35

Day #35 on 365 cards we are to: Incorporate at least 3 things that you might find "up in the air" in your card design.

I was so excited to pull out this cloud template by Close to my heart.  I purchased this years ago after watching a demo.  Amazingly enough I haven't played ,with it until today.  Thank you 365 cards for getting me to dig in and use some of the terrific supplies I have purhcased and not played with yet.  "Those who reach, touch the stars" a sweet and simple note of encouragement.

365 cards "Doing the Decade" 90's = Pokemon!

My older daughter and her cousins loved Pokemon, and traded and fought battles together in the 90's.  Now my youngest loves Pokemon and drew some of her favorite characters on paper.  She was just awarded "super star" for reading, and I thought this card made out of her own pictures would be fun to congratulate her with.
