Winter Birthday Wishes LIM#258, CAS#74

Another shot at CAS and can you see my indecision?
I made this card two ways, to the right first and then centered in the middle.  While I like how both of them turned out, stamping in the middle seems the safer (more balanced) less creatively risky way - Using the words safe and risky sound odd when referencing art, but those stampers with confidence issues will understand!  I added Stampin' up dazzling details to the center of the top snowflake for added sparkle without the bulk.  Four different stamps were used to create this card two different unmounted snowflakes, the flourish and a sentiment.
This card was inspired by the Less is More Challenge #258 to use a flourish & CAS on Sunday #74 Winter theme.

I agree with you - of the two cards you have made (both lovely btw) I think I too prefer the one with the image centrally. HOWEVER, should you wish to place the flourish down the side of your card then perhaps by placing the sentiment to the left you might be happier with the way it looks ... just a thought

Oh beautiful and elegant stamping on both and can't pick a favourite. Great one layer CAS cards and thanks so much for playing along this week!

Two great cards. I completely relate to the safe and risky approaches! I love them both, but the centrally placed design has the edge for me! Elaine

Beautiful one layer design! Love both but if I should choose only one, I would pick the first card!

What a stunning flourish - who makes the stamp please?
I like both your cards, the asymmetric appeals to me, maybe balanced by moving the sentiment.
Thank you so much for your entry

A lovely flourish and, although I usually opt for positioning my images to one side, on this occasion I think I prefer the centralised version. I think it depends on the image and sentiment. That said, there is no wrong way, you're the designer :)
Sorry I'm so late visiting!
Thanks for sharing with us.

Love how you did this card, if I had to choose which I think works better I would be out of contention. I like both and think both work well. The stamps you put together for the flourish look brilliant.
