365 Cards: #66 DIY Patterned paper

Challenge #66 on 365 cards  is to create two different patterned papers to use on your card. You can use any technique you want to do this - sponging, stamping, watercolor, anything you can think of.   I chose to try Tim Holtz alcohol blending solution and Palette dye re-inkers.  I used Tim's felt stamping tool with a piece of felt attached and put drops of re-inker on the felt.  I added the blending solution to the felt as well.  With a pouncing motion, I pounced the ink on to glossy photo paper.  I stamped the fish with a black versafine ink pad and attached the glossy paper to green cardstock.  I used a journaling stencil and tombo markers to make the background waves and added a ribbon the same color as the water, and completed this fun and simple card.

Water is always so pretty on a card and your fish is just too too sweet!
